Bill Gale

Bill is the VP of Information Strategy and Infrastructure at AARP and leads a team dedicated to driving data driven strategies across all lines of business.

In this role, Bill oversees the Enterprise Data Strategy, Database Marketing Platforms and the Big Data Environment for Analytics. Prior to this Bill led the Database Marketing efforts for AOL.

Bill is a graduate of James Madison University and resides in Virginia with his wife Michelle and their two daughters.

Michael Melillo

Michael leads UX Research and Strategy for CA Technologies, a company that is undergoing a significant transformation of its long-standing enterprise software business to embrace modern design and innovation principles.

Whereas consumers have had their lives revolutionized by great experience design, the same breakthroughs have mostly eluded enterprise software companies, but that is changing fast. Michael is at the forefront of the design transformation of enterprise software and deeply enjoys the complexity and pace of change inherent in this journey.

Michael combines his background in history, anthropology, media and 15 years of product and service design to drive a UX practice that makes sense of complex customer ecosystems and behaviors to design the next generation of CA’s portfolio.

Fueled by a passion to create a sustainable world for his children, Michael also advises several startups and campaigns in the areas of digital democracy, journalism and social activism.

Jennifer Dalipi

Jennifer Dalipi is Sr. Director Global Media at COTY, Consumer Beauty division. COTY is a global leader in beauty with 70+ brand in over 130+ countries. During her 7 years at COTY she has worked across Luxury and Mass divisions.

Jennifer is a twenty year marketing veteran with a wide range of experience across brands, agency and marketing technology firms both large and small. Experiencing firsthand the rise and evolution of “digital” always keeping a firm eye on the consumer. She is consistently in start-up mode and is passionate about innovation, sparking consumer connections, and community.

Bob Lord

Bob Lord, is IBM’s first Chief Digital Officer, where he is missioned with bringing together the IBM Digital Business Group. He is responsible for overseeing the digital sales organization, routes to market and offering teams, and IBM’s development ecosystem and startup group (IBM Ventures).

Bob is the co-author of the book “Converge: Transforming Businesses at the Intersection of Marketing and Technology,” which discusses how technology, media, and creativity are uniting and how this shift is revolutionizing marketing and business strategy.

Bob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Syracuse University.

Jon Bond

Jon Bond is one of the advertising and marketing industry’s most recognized thought leaders and entrepreneurs. He has developed several significant companies and marketing concepts over his 30-year career. He was Co-founder and CEO of Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners (KBP). In 2010, KBP sold to MDC. Billings were approximately $1B at the time and clients included BMW, Citi, Victoria’s Secret, Target, Wendy’s, and the Coca Cola Company. The company also spawned Media Kitchen and Varick (one of the first trading desks). From 2010 to 2012, Jon was CEO of Big Fuel (now part of Publicis), one of the world’s largest social media agencies. Big Fuel’s clients included General Motors, Gatorade, Chase, and T-Mobile.

Jon has also been an investor / advisor to Simplifi, Klout, Crimson Hexagon, Data Xu, Victors & Spoils, White Ops, Sonobi, and Accordant media.

Neil Whitney

Neil Whitney is Vice President of Offering Management for IBM’s Digital Platform. His team delivers the digital foundation that IBMers use to create exceptional customer experiences on the web. He also serves as DBG’s offering management discipline leader across digital marketing, digital sales, commerce, analytics, and the web. Prior to leading Digital Platform, Neil led design and offering teams for IBM Business Analytics, developing leading digital product experiences.

Neil joined IBM as part of the Varicent acquisition, where he served as VP Product. As Varicent’s first employee Neil developed the Varicent product and grew the product team (including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Documentation, Support, Cloud, and Compliance) from 1 to hundreds of team members.

Prior to Varicent, Neil was VP Sales and Marketing for a corporate performance management software firm, overseeing all aspects of marketing and sales execution.

Bevin McArthur

Bevin is an experienced digital strategist with over 15 years of expertise working with global media and financial services companies across several significant global digital initiatives. She leads a talented multi-disciplinary team of designers, developers, strategists, and user experience experts.

She is a Partner and Leader of Deloitte Digital Mexico, where she excels in partnering with clients to design and implement strategic business and technical solutions to meet customer needs and complex business challenges.

Previously, Bevin led global customer experience initiatives at HSBC. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has working knowledge of Portuguese and French.

Bevin has a Master’s degree from Northwestern University in Communication Systems Strategy and Management.

DJ has worked in the digital agency and production space for over 25 years specializing in developing customer engagement strategies & building teams and technologies that provide groundbreaking solutions for F500 Co’s.. His range of expertise includes engagement architecture, social media, global consumer marketing programs innovative use of mobile technologies that deliver industry leading design, user engagement and ROI. DJ pioneered the delivery of high-end digital solutions to Top Tier US clients from NearShore locations in LatAm.

John Toth

John is a proven sales management executive with over 18 years of publishing and media experience across many B-to-B and consumer categories.

In his current role, John oversees all advertising based revenue within the Americas for Reuters consumer media including direct, programmatic, content marketing, and third party revenue streams. Prior to this, John was the Director of B-to-B and Agency Sales for the Financial Times, tasked with driving the agency as well as programmatic trading strategy for the US market.

This is John’s second tour of duty with Thomson Reuters, having worked for over nine years with SourceMedia (formerly Thomson Media), his final role as Publishing Director for the Capital Markets Group.

John serves on the board of directors for the International Advertising Association. He is a graduate of Montclair State University.

John resides in New Jersey with his wife Collene and two children, Riley and Jack.
