David Chivers is president of Register Media and The Des Moines Register and a regional president for The USA TODAY Network. He is known as an innovative product and marketing strategist with an exceptional track record in growing revenue and profits for fast-growing consumer product and services companies. Sean Atkins is currently a Senior Advisor to Evolution Media a growth equity firm backed by TPG and CAA. Previously, Sean served as President leading the turnaround, brand re-invention and digital innovation for MTV. Prior to MTV, he served as the General Manager & Executive Vice President of Digital Media and Strategy (Chief Digital Officer) at Discovery Communications where he expanded Discovery into new digital products and businesses in video, commerce and education.
Earlier experiences include HBOGo’s development at HBO, heading programming and development at Yahoo!, funding new ventures at Vulcan and building startups at Mediaconnex, Time Warner and A. Smith & Co. Atkins first started his career at the Walt Disney Company where he launched some of their first efforts on the Internet and expanded Disney Channel internationally.
Atkins has his MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Arts in Film / TV Production & Marketing from California Lutheran University.
Michelle Froah, VP of Digital Transformation at Samsung Electronics America (SEA), is an accomplished executive marketer with over two decades of experience in building brands and innovation from end to end. Recognized by Brand Innovators as one of the ‘Top 100’ Women in Brand Marketing in 2017, Michelle was also named on their ‘Women to Watch’ list for the year.
At SEA, Michelle is helping to enhance direct relationships with consumers with positive digital experiences across the consumer experience journey. In this role, she is tasked with transforming the way the brand goes to market by bringing together the marketing team, sales team, and data platform teams to build deeper consumer relationships.
Her passion for building brands in a digital world led to her appointment as a Mobile Marketing Association APAC Board Member in 2013. She is also on the Regional Board and Founding Member of The Marketing Society New York and Singapore. In addition, Michelle continues to act as Chairman of Brandable Pte. Ltd, a marketing and branding consultancy based in Singapore.
Prior to joining Samsung, Michelle served as Asia Pacific Senior Regional Marketing Director for Kimberly-Clark International where, as the regional CMO, she was responsible for marketing capability and innovation across the region. She joined Kimberly-Clark as the Global Feminine Care Director where she helped build Kotex to a $1 billion global brand.
Mr. Jankowski is the Senior Vice President, Global Media. In this role, he is responsible for managing the MasterCard investment in marketing communications. This includes working with our global, regional and local marketing teams as well as agency partners to drive engagement and preference among MasterCard’s core constituents.
Having worked for many agency networks such as Omnicom, WPP, and Havas, Mr. Jankowski has a vast experience with helping drive business success of some of the world’s leading marketers such as Chase, Citibank, Dell, GE, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, and Xerox.
Mr. Jankowski holds a B.A. in Communications from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He has also taught periodically on advertising topics at Temple.

As a Global Chief Analytics & Data Officer for QBE, Gina is spearheading the development of big data anlaytics and decision science capabilities for the firm globally. Prior to joining QBE, Gina headed the mortgae decision analytics and management team for Citigroup’s Global Consumer Banking unit and held various leadership positions within financial services and consulting industries. Her experience includes leading data science, information managemt, customer analytics, research, and strategic business planning for retail banking, consumer lending and credit, traditional and digitial retail, health care and pharma, manufacturing, and entertainment industries. She began her career in the field of environmental statistics.
Gina has served as Advisory and Executive Board member for data analytics/AI and insurtech start-ups. She holds an M.S. in Statistics from the University of Maryland, where she also completed her Ph.D. qualifications.

Eugene Kolker is the Vice President and Chief Data Officer of IBM Services. Prior to IBM, he was the Chief Data/Analytics Officer at Seattle Children’s. Previously, Eugene was the Founder and President of BIATECH Innovation Center, which was acquired by Seattle Children’s.
He published over 130 papers in 40 different journals, with the top papers among the most cited in data science. Dr. Kolker is also affiliated with New York University and University of Washington.
In 2015, Eugene was awarded by HIMSS with their ‘HIT Innovators Award’, as one of three leaders improving healthcare through IT. He was placed into the ‘Top 25 Chief Data/Analytics Officers’ by LinkedIn and ‘Top 16 data-driven geeks to watch’ by HIMSS. Jessica Pointing is a student at Harvard University studying physics and computer science, after spending her first two years of university studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Jessica has been doing quantum computing research at Harvard and MIT. She has interned as a software engineer at Google, management consultant at McKinsey & Company, investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and strategist at Morgan Stanley. She is the founder and editor-in-chief of Optimize Guide, a blog about life optimization, which has been read by more than 190,000 people and founded the Now Know Organization, which received funding from Google to teach technology to young people. She also founded the Harvard College Quantum Computing Association. Jessica was the winner (audience vote) for the Quantum Matters Science Communication Competition, and has been invited to talk about quantum computing at conferences, including IBM’s conference in Las Vegas and the Neo conference in Arizona. She has been awarded the McKinsey Women’s Impact Award, MIT Award for Distinguished Achievement in Leadership, and has been named a Google Anita Borg Scholar and John Harvard Scholar. She is also a Microsoft Scholar, Palantir Scholar, Adobe Research Scholar, Morgan Stanley Scholar, Goldman Sachs Scholar, Society of Women Engineers Scholar and Society of Geophysicists Scholar.
