Greg Paull

Greg is the co-founder of R3, a globally minded independent marketing consulting firm. Prior to establishing the firm in 2002, Greg led marketing and agency teams in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Originally from Australia, he has helped build a new breed of best practice and measurement tools and processes to help marketers improve performance. In the past 15 years, R3 has expanded to manage global relationships with Unilever, Samsung, Pfizer, Coca-Cola, Visa and Colgate-Palmolive. Greg recently co-authored the book Global CMO: Best Practice in Marketing Effectiveness & Efficiency Around the World.

Ananya Chadha

Ananya Chadha is a 16 year-old blockchain developer from Toronto. She has developed two cryptocurrencies and crowdsale (ICO) smart contracts with the ERC20 tokens framework set by Ethereum. She also won the Cryptochicks Hackathon, with her project putting Genomic data on the blockchain.

Currently, she’s focused on the intersection between blockchain and other exponential technologies including Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs). She is the youngest BCI developer in the world. Recently, she developed a brain-computer interface that uses brain waves to turn on and off music with the user’s thoughts, and controlled a remote control car with her brain. Saskia Steinacker

Saskia Steinacker was named Head of Digital Excellence in February 2017. In this capacity, she leads Bayer’s digital transformation in close collaboration with the Board of Management. Together with the divisions and functions she developed the company’s Digital Agenda with a focus on new business models to accelerate new growth. The Digital Agenda enables the organization through a shift of mindset and culture, optimized technology, rapid processes, effective partnerships and expert knowledge on data.

Form 2013-2016 she lead the global digital IT function for Bayer and prior to this the Bayer North America Marketing & Sales IT unit. In both roles she successfully optimized the technology portfolio of the company to enable business strategies efficiently and reduced the time to market significantly. 

In 2004 she joined Bayer and held a succession of roles in Marketing, ranging from Multichannel Marketer to Head of Dialog Marketing for Diabetes Care. In this capacity she redesigned the customer interaction of the unit and launched a state-of the art CRM program.

She graduated from Ecosign Academy with a degree in Communication Design and holds a Master in Business Administration from Liverpool University.

Joe Bilman

Joe Bilman is Chief Digital Officer of Harland Clarke Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of MacAndrews & Forbes, and oversees the growth strategy for $4B in assets including Harland Clarke, Valassis, RetailMeNot and Scantron. His role is to help identify strategic growth opportunities for HCH’s portfolio companies including M&A, product innovation and business optimization. He is also Head of Product Development for Valassis and Harland Clarke.

Recently, he was Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Business Development at American Media Inc., where he had P&L responsibility for AMI’s digital business and oversight of all business development activities. Prior to AMI, Bilman was acting Head of Product for Softcard, a pioneering joint venture between Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile in the mobile payments space.

Previously, he was Chief Product Officer for Fox Mobile Group, a division of Newscorp, where he ran product in 34 countries. In this position, he transformed Jamba, the world’s largest mobile content company and a wholly owned asset of Fox Mobile, and created Bitbop, the world’s first on-demand TV and movie subscription service for mobile devices

Joe Bilman earned an MFA in computer art and a BFA in film and video from New York’s School of Visual Arts. In 2010, he was named one of “The Digital Power 50” by The Hollywood Reporter.

Anthony Scriffignano, Ph.D.

Anthony Scriffignano in an internationally recognized data scientist with experience spanning over 35 years, in multiple industries and enterprise domains. Dr. Scriffignano has extensive background in linguistics and advanced algorithms, leveraging that background as primary inventor on multiple patents worldwide. He provides thought leadership globally. Recently, he briefed the US National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee regarding reports to the President on Big Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies Strategic Vision, and Internet and Communications Resilience. He regularly presents at business, government and academic venues globally regarding emerging trends in data and information stewardship, the “Big Data” explosion, artificial intelligence, multilingual challenges in business identity and malfeasance in commercial settings.

Ellie Hirschhorn

Ellie Hirschhorn is an experienced media and technology leader possessing a combination of business, creative skills and technical skills with a track record of transforming, growing and scaling content businesses. She has built and led successful digital initiatives, driving change at both large companies (8 years at Viacom, 8 years at CBS) and executing entrepreneurial plans and a successful exit at a startup (3 years at MediaNet, a leading digital subscription music subscription.) Ms. Hirschhorn has demonstrated leadership skills and strengths in operations / general management, programming, revenue and audience development, product development, digital marketing, consumer data, strategic planning/M&A, business development and engineering.

Most recently Ellie was Chief Digital & Consumer Officer for Vitals, a healthcare technology company. Previously, Ellie served as Simon & Schuster’s Executive Vice President and first Chief Digital Officer, overseeing content & programming, product, digital marketing, business development and engineering. Before coming to Simon & Schuster, Ms. Hirschhorn was at CBS College Sports (f.k.a. College Sports TV) where she was Executive Vice President, Digital Media in charge of the company’s digital division, including CSTV’s network of 214 official athletic sites, CSTV All Access (an OTT platform powering 100+ broadband TV channels providing live audio and video of 10k+ sporting events annually.) Before joining CBS, Ms. Hirschhorn served as Chief Operating Officer of MediaNet, and also held various high-level positions at Viacom; GM of MTV.com, Head of Business Development for MTV Networks, and Director of Business Development at Showtime Networks.

Ms. Hirschhorn holds a BA (magna cum laude) from Yale University and an MBA (second year honors) from Harvard Business School and was a Henry R. Luce Scholar.
