Oliver Cummings is COO of www.nurole.com, an online platform and marketplace matching top talent with senior roles (corporate and not-for-profit, non-executive and executive) with 10,000+ members who include Fortune 500, NASDAQ, FTSE and PE/VC Chairmen, CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs Board Members and other C-Suite executives. Prior to Nurole, he spent over a decade working in private equity, most recently as a partner at BXR Partners, an international private investment group with a 19 year track record of superior investment performance across a variety of industry sectors. He also sat on the investment committee of White Cloud Capital, a growth capital and venture capital investment platform. Previously he was with Goldman Sachs Capital Partners where he focused on investment opportunities across Europe in the Business Services, Media, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. Oliver is currently a non-executive director of Thomas’s London Day Schools, a privately-owned schools group with over 2,000 students across London.

Shane Norman

In 2015, he joined FactoryMade Ventures as SVP/Chief Digital Officer, where he guides the creative, digital and marketing strategy for the Hollywood incubator that partners with marquee talent to cultivate concepts to execution. Most recently, he led the group’s effort to launch a new STEAM-based kid’s television network, Nano, delivering unique IP and an innovative, multi-platform approach to learning.
Prior to FactoryMade, Shane served as the CDO for one of the country’s leading fundraising consulting firms, DSA, and pioneered the #PraytoEndEbola & #HelpEbola campaigns, garnering the highest award in the industry, The Gold Award for Fundraising Success.

Sudhir Kulkarni
Sudhir Kulkarni is the President of Digital for Persistent Systems. Here he leads the team with a focus on the “how” of digital by bringing together data, APIs, and experiences. This growth strategy combines a technology partner ecosystem, solutions, and a unique architecture for enterprise digital transformation or the transformation to become software-driven in business.
He holds an MBA from IIM, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s Degree from Bombay University. He won the prestigious Gurukul Chevening Scholarship at the London School of Economics.
During his first stint with Persistent from 2006 to 2011, Sudhir held Sales leadership roles as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales and GM of an acquired product unit. On rejoining Persistent in 2013 he held Global Sales Operations and Marketing responsibilities in addition to High Tech Sales. Over his 8+ years association with Persistent, his focus on driving a disciplined sales organization has been a key to the organization’s growth.
Over a rich professional career of over 30 years in technology and other businesses, Sudhir has been associated with AF Ferguson, Coats Viyella and NIIT, founded two successful technology companies and ran two startups in the Silicon Valley as COO and Managing Partner.
Patrick Hoffstetter
Patrick Hoffstetter was Renault’s Chief Digital Officer and director of the company’s “Digital Factory” where he defined digital strategy for the Group. The Digital Factory was created at the beginning of 2011 to accelerate Renault’s evolution in all things digital.
A graduate of HEC business school, Patrick began his career in New York, where he worked for Rail Europe Group, a subsidiary of SNCF. He returned to Europe to take up a development role for Eurostar, before being promoted to International Strategy Director for SNCF.
In 2000, Patrick entered the world of high-tech, joining SFR as Director of Marketing and then of Multimedia. He subsequently joined Yahoo Europe where he was in charge of products and services from 2005 to 2007.
Patrick has also served as CEO France for Lasminute.com, which he joined in 2008, before being promoted to Vice President for Europe.
Patrick Hoffstetter is a co-founder of the eG10 club which is composed of 12 CDOs (Chief Digital Officers) from different sectors, mostly within the CAC40. The aim of the club is to provide indepth sharing and brainstorming for digital executives of big corporations.
Dr. Markus Dirr
Dr. Markus Dirr founded several startup companies. His key strength is to achieve significant growth regarding digital revenue for corporates and established companies. Apart from that, he offered his expertise in serval consulting and interim projects with leading companies in their respective markets. Previously, he held the Chief Marketing Officer position at rebuy.com, a fast growing online marketplace in Germany. Currently, he is the Chief Digital Officer and ramps up the international digital business activities for Messe München, one of the leading global trade fair companies.

Prior to joining GoDaddy in 2013, he held senior positions at big brands, including AT&T, CitiGroup, Volvo and Ford.
Phil received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his B.A. from Georgetown University.
