Meredith Feiner is a Talent Managing Director at Deloitte, leading the organization’s ongoing HR transformation. Meredith is a strategic Human Resources leader with a track record of directing enterprise-wide talent initiatives to elevate the Talent experience. She has extensive experience leading teams and developing, implementing, and guiding HR processes to enable business growth. Prior to her current role, Meredith led Deloitte’s HR Technology, User Experience, and People Analytics teams to provide data-driven workforce insights and industry-leading digital solutions to advance professionals’ Talent experience. In this role, she led the implementation of the Data & Trust Alliance Algorithmic Bias Safeguards for Deloitte, which is a proud member of the Alliance and early adopter of the Safeguards.
